offer a letter carving service to make your box totally unique.
I normally use limewood panels that I carve and apply to a box after
the box is completed. Limewood is the classic carvers wood. It dosen't
have a strong grain pattern which can distract the eye from the
carving. It also contrasts well with the darker woods and blends
in with the lighter woods. For smaller boxes I can carve a single
name or on larger boxes you can choose more wording. (See
mahogany jewellery box).
The
examples show you what fonts you can choose from. You can see what
your name would look like in the various fonts in Microsoft word.
I charge an extra £50 for a single nameplate shown in the
examples, for more lettering such as the mahogany
jewellery box please contact me with your requirements. |
