This Jewellery box was commissioned as a 40th Anniversary present.

We gave Philip a concept sketch for this box with 2 small and one large drawer - and a three quarter top lip to stop anything slipping off the top. Philip's joinery has retained its cabinet makers precision and the drawers are so accurately fitted that even now, closing one drawer can ease out another one if one so wishes.
It is a very beautiful but simple box with a fine warm colour in the wood on all six sides. A delight, made by a true craftsman.
